I have created this blog in an attempt to improve my photography. I will try to post one picture every day (most will probably be of my son, but I may eventually branch out and photograph someone or something else). This will hopefully motivate me to learn more about my camera and editing pictures.
Keep in mind this is to encourage me to take more pictures and eventually be more creative with them. So bear with me through this process. My pictures will not look professional, and I am sure that some of them will look downright awful. I welcome advice, pointers and tips... because, well lets be honest. I need all the help I can get. :)

such a great idea, amy lynn! it's so awesome that you're open to constructive criticism. many people aren't, and there's no way you'll ever grow if you're too defensive about your work. i think you have a great start here. and using your kids to hone your photo skeelz is the best!!
